Return and Replacement Conditions
Eligibility:
- You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Replacement Policy:
- You can request a replacement only once per order.
- If you receive a product that is damaged or of poor quality, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or replacements for products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Non-Eligibility:
- Items returned after the 7-day period.
- Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return and Replacement Process
Initiating a Return or Replacement:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
Approval and Shipping:
- Once your return or replacement request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.
- Make sure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
Inspection and Processing:
- When we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If everything checks out, we will process your replacement or refund. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
